Rehabilitation

Our qualified staff provide individual treatment to each patient to help them increase independence, mobility, confidence and self care so they may return to their home environment.
The unit has a gymnasium with specialised rehabilitation equipment and kitchen and bathroom facilities for assessment and retraining.
Patients are routinely admitted following orthopaedic surgery, trauma or neurological injury. Patients may also be admitted from the community to improve mobility or self care, for example those with chronic pain, obesity and neurological disease such as Parkinsons.
