Palliative Care

Services are provided in a friendly environment that is private and peaceful, where family and friends are welcome to visit. Palliative care patients are admitted with the focus on returning home where possible. Accommodation includes airconditioned single rooms with shared ensuite bathrooms, television and telephone facilities.

Patients are able to be managed by their own doctor or specialist, or if required, they can be referred to the Clinical Director. A no gap fee structure applies to those with top cover private health insurance.

Admission Information (all patients must be over 16 years of age)

Patients can be admitted for the following conditions:

• Symptom management
• End stage disease/terminal care
• Crisis care and management

On site parking is available free of charge for patients and their visitors.
